琴のお医者さんごっこ

ドクター琴は、最近酷く体調不良を感じている患者さんを問診します。
彼は最近全く元気がなくて人生が辛そうなので、裸にして分娩椅子に拘束、身体の隅々まで検査しました。
乳首の感度も弱いし、お口も乾いている、その上男性器だけムクムク膨張…???
やはり調子が良くないみたい、このままでは死に至ると判断したため、
琴先生の『特別なお薬』を与えることにしました、最初の処置方法は診察台に拘束。
『特別なお薬』は先生の尿道から出てくる液体と、お尻の穴から出てくる茶色いもの。
巷では聖水と黄金とも言われるようですが、全く面白い表現ですね。
まずは黄金のお水から。朝一の外来だったものですから、先生の膀胱は既にパンパンで、
患者さんの口から溢れてしまうくらいシャワーの様に沢山でたけれど、上手に飲めて、随分元気になったようにみえました。
次は黄金といわれる茶色いものを、先生のお尻から患者さんのお口へ直接処方です。
これが一番苦そうにみえるけど、良薬は苦いものですし、頑張って全部飲み込めて偉いね〜
気づいたら性器を自分で擦っていて、射精したので、一旦完治ということで診察終了です。
最初は元気がなくて困っていたようですが、琴先生の処置のおかげでかなり心身とも朗らかに、
楽しそうな雰囲気になったので、可哀想な子を助けられて先生としては嬉しいです。
これらの『特別なお薬』による応急処置は全く必要なものであり、禁断症状等はないので、

所感：お医者さんごっことスカトロプレイのミックスは初めてでしたが、両方とも琴のお気に入りの変態お遊びなので、
今後とも色んな病を持つ患者さんを沢山治療してあげたいと思いました。
Doctor Koto’s Medical Play
Dr. Koto is conducting a consultation for a patient who has been feeling extremely unwell lately.
He seems completely drained of energy, struggling with life itself — so naturally, I stripped him down, restrained him in a gynecological chair,
and thoroughly examined every inch of his body. His nipples were barely sensitive, his mouth was dry, and yet, strangely enough, only his male part was swelling up…???
It was clear that his condition was severe — potentially fatal if left untreated. As a responsible doctor, I decided to administer my special medicine.
The first step in the treatment plan was to restrain him on the examination table.
My special medicine consisted of two essential fluids: one flowing from my urethra and the other emerging from my rear.
Some call them holy water and gold (*In Japanese), which is quite an amusing choice of words.
The treatment began with the golden water.
Since it was my first appointment of the morning, my bladder was full, and I ended up showering him with so much that it overflowed from his mouth.
But he drank it well, and I could already see signs of recovery — his energy levels were visibly improving.
Next came the so-called gold (*in Japanese). I prescribed it directly from my rear into the patient’s mouth.
It looked like the bitterest medicine of all, but as they say, good medicine is always bitter. He did his best to swallow every last bit — such a good boy.
By the time I noticed, he had started stroking himself, and eventually, he ejaculated.
That meant his treatment was a success, and the examination concluded with a full recovery.
At first, he seemed utterly exhausted and hopeless, but thanks to my special care, his mind and body became much brighter and more cheerful.
As a doctor, nothing makes me happier than saving a poor, suffering patient.
